There will not be specific accommodations made for those with food allergies.  Menus are designed with a specific theme or purpose which may conflict with certain food allergies or sensitivities.  However, I do make sure that I post complete menus for all tours, so any person with such concerns may review the menus and make his/her own assessment.  It is your responsibility to review this information in advance and make your reservations accordingly; there will be no exceptions made to any menu items save for opting out.  I will also be happy to work with you on designing a custom tour for your group of 8 or more which caters to specific needs, such as a lactose-free or low-sugar diet.  Please contact me for more information.
