Discover Detroit Dining, Inc. (“3D Tours”) is a guided tour operation in which guests elect to participate at their own risk.  3D Tours is not responsible for any articles that are lost or stolen during the tour.  3D Tours is also not responsible for any accidents or injuries that occur while guests participate in the tour.  It is the guest’s responsibility to ensure that he/she is able to fully participate in the tour’s activities, which may possibly conflict with physical handicaps or medical conditions such as heart condition, food allergies, and diabetes.  It is not the responsibility of the tour operator to accommodate such issues, and every effort is made on our part to supply guests with such necessary information in advance. 

Guests assume full responsibility over their own actions.  For packages that include alcohol consumption, guests are encouraged and expected to act responsibly.  In the event that a guest consumes excess alcohol while participating in the tour, 3D Tours is partnered with The Designate which will ensure the safe return of guests and their vehicles to their homes for a nominal fee.  3D Tours is not responsible for guests who exceed the legal blood alcohol content limit or who choose to operate a motor vehicle while under the influence.  All reasonable efforts are made to ensure the safety of our guests.

3D Tours reserves the right to cancel and reschedule tours in the event of severe weather conditions (such as heavy snow, ice or tornado warnings) or if there are fewer reservations than necessary to offset the cost of operating the shuttle if it is a shuttled tour.  In this event, guests can choose to be issued a refund or transfer their reservation to another tour.  All packages are otherwise non-refundable, though tickets can be transferred up to one week prior to the scheduled tour.

3D Tours and its guests are protected under the Liability Insurance of the Night Move, our transportation partner for the shuttled tours, while physically on the shuttle during the course of a tour.

Guests are expected to provide their own transportation to and from the pick-up/drop-off points as stated in the tour package for shuttled tours.  For all other tour packages, transportation is the guest's responsibility.

Unless otherwise noted, all 3D Tours are 21 & older.
